Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst III Type (Contract): 8 months Location: Boston, MA (North Reading) pay Range: $40 - $45/hr Business Analyst III Responsibilities: DAY TO DAY:Design and maintain automated operational dashboards using Excel and QuickSight to provide real-time visibility into team KPIs and supplier readiness. Identify manual bottlenecks in the supply chain workflow and implement AI-enabled automation or tooling enhancements to increase overall team throughput. Facilitate the technical implementation of post-launch design changes (ECOs) by ensuring data integrity across PLM and ERP systems. Synthesize large datasets from disparate sources into standardized reporting templates that allow for quick, data-driven decision-making by leadership. Audit and proofread technical work orders and documentation to ensure wording is precise, correct, and adheres to company standards before execution. Coordinate with engineering and sourcing teams to track lead times and inventory health, flagging potential disruptions before they impact production.  MUST HAVES:2-3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, product operations, or a technical data-analysis role. Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy in technical work orders and process documentation. Advanced proficiency in data synthesis tools, specifically high-level Excel modeling and experience with BI platforms like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI. Proven ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Strong attention to detail with experience managing data within PLM tools (Agile) and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP). Demonstrated success in improving internal processes, showing clear results in time savings or data accuracy through automation. Benefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable).
