Market Masters, a Northampton based advertising agency with an established client base, is looking to expand their creative team! Our agency has created some of the best-known local brands in markets throughout the country. Located in the college town of Northampton, MA, our vibrant and constantly growing business seeks an additional in-house team member in our active production department.We are looking for an entry-level, full time, motivated and professional Production Assistant with the following knowledge and skills:General understanding of Adobe Creative Suite & Adobe Photoshop and Premiere requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office including ExcelKnowledge of FileMaker a plusStrong grasp of English grammarAbility to juggle multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated and team focusedEducation and Experience:Applicants must possess a two year degree in communications or media arts, or a relevant technical degreePrior relevant related course work or real-world experience in television, radio or print production a huge plusMarket Masters offers steady work and excellent benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.
