We are partnering with a leading, high-growth real estate developer in the UAE to appoint a Chief Sales Officer to lead a full transformation of their global sales function.This is not a traditional sales leadership role.This is a mandate for a hands-on sales transformation operator who can rebuild, scale, and integrate a complex, multi-market sales engine.The MandateYou will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales ecosystem—redefining how the business drives revenue across local and international markets.The focus is on:Rebuilding sales structures, incentives, and performance frameworksDriving productivity and accountability across a large, layered organizationMoving from personality-led selling to scalable, system-driven executionCreating a unified global sales operating modelThis role sits at the heart of the company’s next growth phase.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-end sales strategy and commercial planningPricing, inventory strategy, and launch alignmentBroker and channel ecosystem managementCRM, reporting, governance, and collectionsSales operations, performance management, and KPIsIntegration of global sales teams across multiple regionsYou will be responsible for both strategy and execution—from boardroom decisions to operational detail.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a leader who has built and transformed, not just managed.You will bring:Proven experience transforming sales organizations at scaleStrong analytical and data-led decision-making capabilityDeep understanding of complex, broker-driven environmentsExperience across multi-geo or international sales structuresCredibility to lead senior sales teams and drive changeA hands-on, execution-focused leadership styleReal estate experience is strongly preferred, or experience in similarly complex, high-value, channel-driven sectors.
