With a culture rooted in excellence, transparency, and purpose, CFUF fosters a dynamic, high-energy environment where bold ideas and passionate people thrive.The OpportunityAs a Mobility Coach at CFUF, you will work across all CFUF programs, including Economic Success, Baltimore Responsible Fatherhood Services, Baltimore 2Gen, and Baltimore Communities Assisting and Advancing Neighbors (BCAAN). Leveraging All In program philosophies, EMPath's Bridge to Self-Sufficiency, and crisis intervention, our Mobility Coaches provide intensive case management through person-centered goal plan development and barrier removal support to equip CFUF members with the tools neccessary to obtain both social and economic mobility.What to Expect from This OpportunityWork with select members to enhance their self-esteem and self-confidencePartner with members for 1:1 mentorship for up to five years to accomplish long-term goalsSupport members in a holistic approach rooted in empowerment to support both the intersection and complexities that impact our populationsTrack and manage caseload of CFUF members and program participantsMaintain case notes, paper and electronic files, and member databases, in real time, as specified by compliance standardsParticipate in case conferencing to exchange information among case management staff about members to enhance their care coordinationRefer members to internal and external programs and services (e.g., housing, long-term counseling, child-care, substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling, diversion, and expungement services) that can assist them with removing barriers and resolving issues preventing them from achieving social and economic mobilityWork with other key CFUF staff to ensure members' success in achieving set goalsUsing brain science and research, present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, tool-building exercises, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lecturesEvaluate the progress of members within training and educational programs, making individual member assessments and supportive service recommendations as neededAssist with the development of modules and implementation of projects affiliated with the All In philosophiesSupport outreach efforts and develop community partnerships to include neighborhood outreach and presentations to community partner organizationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in social work or a related field is preferred. The most ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a study closely related to social work.At least 3+ years of experience working in case management/family supportWhat Sets You ApartDemonstrated ability to build relationships, establish trust, and engage individuals of diverse educational and socio-economic backgroundsSubstantial understanding of CFUF's current interventions: workforce development, responsible fatherhood, family services, and supportive services for disadvantaged individualsKnowledge and experience with service agencies and resources for disadvantaged individualsExcellent time management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility and willingness to travel and attend meetings and/or appointmentsProficient technology skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data management systemsSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM-this position offers one day of remote work per weekDoes this sound like you?
