Director of Sales (3 Openings: EvoEvents • EvoSuite • EvoEducates) Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (Weekly In-Office Required) 50% Travel | Commission + Performance-Based Retainer + Bonuses Job Type Full-Time Hybrid (Weekly Atlanta office requirement) 1099 Contractor Travel Required: 50% About Us Music Evolved Records is expanding three major divisions: EvoEvents – Event sponsorships, vendors, exhibitors EvoSuite – SaaS, AI tools, and automation software EvoEducates – Coaching and education programs We are hiring three (3) Directors of Sales to lead revenue, manage sales teams, and close high-ticket deals for each division. Position Summary The Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales operations for their assigned division. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing: 4 Sales Executives 4 Lead Generation Specialists 4 Outside Sales Reps You will close deals personally, coach your team, manage pipelines, and drive the division’s monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. This role requires weekly attendance at our Atlanta office and 50% nationwide travel. Key Responsibilities Lead all sales activities for your assigned division (events, SaaS, coaching/education) Close high-ticket deals weekly Manage and coach a 12-person sales team Oversee pipelines, CRM activity, KPIs, and conversion metrics Attend weekly in-office meetings in Atlanta (required) Travel 50% for events, activations, conferences, and partner meetings Develop sales strategies and outreach campaigns Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations Ensure division revenue goals are achieved monthly and quarterly ⭐ Compensation StructurePerformance-Based Retainer (Up to $5,000/month) Retainer activates when the division generates $10,000+ in monthly revenue. Retainer Tiers: $10,000+ revenue → $1,500/month $20,000+ revenue → $2,000/month $30,000+ revenue → $2,500/month $40,000+ revenue → $3,500/month $50,000+ revenue → $4,000/month $60,000+ revenue → $5,000/month (Max) Retainer adjusts monthly based on revenue performance. Commissions 30% commission on all personal deals closed 10% residual commission on renewals / multi-month clients 5% override on all team sales Bonuses Quarterly Bonus: $5,000 for hitting $250,000+ in quarterly revenue Annual Bonus: $15,000 if division hits $1,000,000+ annual revenue ⭐ Estimated Annual Earnings Typical Range: $150,000 – $225,000/year Top Performers: $250,000 – $300,000+/year Earnings include retainer, commissions, overrides, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and renewals. Required Experience 3–7+ years of sales experience Experience closing high-ticket deals (SaaS, events, coaching, B2B, partnerships, etc.) Proven leadership experience managing sales teams Strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills Must attend the Atlanta office weekly Must be able to travel 50% Schedule Hybrid (remote + weekly in-office) 50% travel Flexible hours Some evenings/weekends for events as needed Job Type: Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Can you attend weekly in-office meetings in Atlanta?
