CarePlus TLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, CNA/Home Health Aid with a passion for serving others to join our team! The successful candidate is self-motivated, reliable, compassionate, and committed to creating a positive experience in our client's livesOur staff create a friendly, caring environment to ensure our clients receive the quality care and assistance they need to maintain their independence and quality of life in their home.Client is located in FennvilleIn need of every Saturdays and Sundays-8-12 hours per shift. They are not sure on times yet but will be close to 8a-4p/8p depending if they want 8 hours or 12 hours. 16-24 hours per week. Responsibilities:Provide companionship and assist with activities Monitor patient's condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family membersProvide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean-living space for clients. Understands First Aid and Emergency Care protocolsComplete electronic documentation while on shiftSkills:Familiarity with Home Health Care, safety and sanitation standards and proceduresUnderstanding of Confidentiality and Privacy LawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills… able to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
