🚀 Snr. Salesforce Specialist — Marketing Cloud (Subject Matter Expert) — seeking a flexible contract with additional top-up income!📍 Location: Fully remote — anywhere in the USA.⭐ Preference: Candidates based on the Eastern Seaboard, particularly NY, PA or MA, as we’re also building our Salesforce network across these markets.⏰ Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week📅 Duration: 6-month contract💰 Rate: $90–$110/hr (C2C)👤 We’re looking for:Snr. Salesforce Specialist — Marketing Cloud — Subject Matter Expert, to take ownership of an existing Salesforce environment, drive remediation, automation and provide strategic guidance to the internal team.☁️ The Cloud Split —1. Marketing Cloud Advanced — 50%Journey Builder, Flow automations, Email/SMS, dynamic content, campaign attribution and lead nurturing.2. Core CRM / Health Cloud — 40%Salesforce Flows, standard objects, Lead/Contact management and cross-cloud data alignment.3. Data Cloud — 10%Data modelling, segmentation and activation supporting Marketing Cloud Advanced.🎯 What you’ll be doing:1. Audit the existing Salesforce architecture, data flows and integrations.2. Identify and remediate implementation gaps and help establish a scalable architecture.3. Design and optimise automated customer/patient journeys across email and SMS.4. Support lead nurturing, event, service line, wellness and engagement campaigns.5. Align Salesforce data with Epic feeds and downstream Power BI reporting.6.
