About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated System Engineer – Electrical to lead end-to-end electrical architecture and digital system integration for advanced boat platforms. This role will be responsible for designing power distribution systems, integrating digital technologies, and ensuring robust system performance, compliance, and exceptional user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical architecture development, wiring design, and power distribution systems using PDM/solid-state technologies.Define load management strategies, circuit protection methodologies, and support migration from legacy electrical systems.Integrate displays, digital switching systems, UI/UX interfaces, and CAN-based communication networks.Manage electrical systems supporting ballast control, surf systems, audio, lighting, and other onboard features.Drive hardware and software validation activities, troubleshooting, testing, and root-cause analysis.Ensure compliance with marine industry standards and regulations including NMMA, ABYC, and USCG requirements.Integrate premium marine audio systems and advanced lighting technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, and Product Management.Support new product launches and continuous product improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Experience in electrical system architecture, power distribution, and wiring design.Strong understanding of CAN networks, digital switching, and embedded system integration.Experience with hardware/software validation and troubleshooting.Knowledge of regulatory standards such as NMMA, ABYC, and USCG.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
