Position Title: Early Childhood Assistant Teacher - Phoenix Day ProgramJob Summary:This role assists with classroom instruction, supervision, lesson planning, and care routines such as feeding, diapering, and health checks. The Assistant Teacher also helps maintain a clean classroom, communicates with parents, supports assessments, and works closely with the lead teacher to meet program and licensing standards.Hourly Pay Rate: $14.70Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:30AM - 6:00PMLocation: Phoenix, AZRequired OrientationOur New Hire Orientation takes place during your first week of employment:Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM | HR Campus in Mesa, AZEarly release may be granted upon completion of all orientation requirements.
