Construction Estimator

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role located in Los Angeles, CA for a Construction Estimator. The Construction Estimator will evaluate project requirements, prepare comprehensive quantity take-offs, develop cost estimates, manage budgets, and collaborate with project teams. The role also involves effective communication with clients and vendors, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the estimation process.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting for projectsExcellent Communication skills for collaborating with project teams and stakeholdersAttention to detail and the ability to analyze technical documentsExperience with construction software and toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredPrior experience in commercial or storage facility construction is a plus
