A Day in the life of a Registered Nurse at Magnolia Manor:
Performs nursing techniques for the comfort and well-being of the residents; checks each resident daily to determine status; ensures residents reach the highest attainable level of functioning. Administers prescribed medications, provides treatments using therapeutic equipment; ensures proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances. Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks. Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment through the unit and shift.
