PS is a new alternative to commercial air travel, with unwavering service, seamless access, and inspired experience.PS aims to be in every major airport in the US.The RoleThe Scheduler will work closely with heads of departments and our Operations Managers to create and adjust employee scheduling of PS Associates. Being a 24-hour operation, our staff schedules are complex and ever changing and we require a smart, hard-working associate who will be a great supporter to our executive and leadership team.The Scheduler will contact employees to advise of schedule changes, cross-reference to Member reservations and waitlists, build monthly and daily schedule templates, and help build a proprietary system that will aid our team with future scheduling and capacity issues.Responsibilities & ExpectationsReporting directly to the Scheduling Manager, this role will support the scheduling of all PS Associates.Coordinate daily staff assignments in all departments.Make smart decisions to help us become a more efficient workforce.Be a key communicator to ensure accuracy and engage employees.Additional duties to support the daily logistical operation and overall service mission.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED.Experience of working with ADP, Sabre, or similar workforce management software.Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.Experience building schedules and working with a large team required.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentPass a pre-employment drug screening + background checkCollection of SSN as part of the background check process will be requiredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPS is a 24-hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.Fully Remote or hybrid (in CA) working can be considered.Full-Time Employee BenefitsEmployee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability.401K retirement plan with company matchingHealth and Dependent care FSA and HSA with company matchingMerit-based raises and bonuses12 PTO Days / 6 Paid Sick Days Prorated AnnuallyMonthly Health & Wellness and Cell phone reimbursementPaid trainingParental benefits 100% paid up to 6 weeks.Family & Friends Discounted PS Use.Tuition Reimbursement.A great career path with promotion opportunities.
