Cable Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Harness Technician to join our production team. Responsibilities IncludeBuilding and assembling wiring harnesses and cable assemblies from schematics and drawingsCutting, stripping, labeling, and routing wires to specified lengthsCrimping ferrules, terminals, and connectors using proper toolsSoldering connectors and electronic components as neededInterpreting wiring diagrams, BOMs, and work instructionsVerifying wire gauges, pinouts, and continuity for accuracyPerforming quality inspections to meet standardsMaintaining organized workstations and adhering to safety proceduresWorking efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high-quality outputQualifications include:Experience in wiring harness or cable assembly in manufacturing or technical training in electrical assemblyManual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to read schematicsFamiliarity with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and soldering equipmentPreferred skills:IPC/WHMA-A-620 certificationExperience in aerospace, electronics, or electro-mechanical assemblyKnowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
