This role is an integral part of the financial operations that support our development, construction, and property teams.The OpportunityIn this position, you'll manage the flow of financial activity across multiple communities and projects-ensuring invoices, payments, and reporting are handled with consistency and attention to detail.You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, supporting day-to-day accounts payable as well as construction-related payments and project closeouts. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and integrity of our operations.Key areas of focus include:Managing invoice processing, coding, and payment executionSupporting construction draws, pay applications, and project closeoutsCoordinating weekly and monthly funding cyclesPartnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintaining accurate records and supporting financial reportingThis is a role for someone who enjoys being organized, values precision, and understands the impact of getting the details right.What You Bring to the TeamYou have a solid foundation in accounts payable or accounting, along with strong Excel skills and comfort working within structured systems. Experience with Sage or Timberline is preferred.More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
