Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary/Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members. Perform general office management tasks, including filing and organizing documents. Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
