If you desire to be a part of the best of the best in embedded software engineering, apply with us today!Requirements & Skills: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related major.Five (5) or more years of relevant experiencePost-Bachelors or Masters degree may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationLanguage Expertise: Highly Proficient in C, C++, AssemblyOperating Systems Experience: VxWorks, LinuxTools: JIRA, Confluence, R4JAgile/SCRUM, Waterfall and Spiral Development Experience preferredExperience working in a highly regulated environment, i.e. aerospace, aviation, military or medical fieldsFamiliarity with DO-178 or other high level-of-rigor development/test/verification environments:Applicable use of Statement, Decision, and MCDC Coverage analysisOther Desired Skills: Experience developing space flight software is desiredFamiliarity with Command and Telemetry and use of CCSDS for communication with space assetsExperience with NASA - CFS frameworkUnderstanding of Computer Aided Engineering toolsPractical knowledge of engineering principles and practicesExperience working in multi-disciplinary teamsUnderstanding of additional industry-standard software languages such as C, C#, HTML, Java, Python, and BashExperience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated buildExperienced with data structuresIMPORTANT NOTICE: To conform to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
