The firm actively fosters a professional and collaborative work environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Paralegal position located in Dallas, Texas. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and managing case files. Responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with clients, managing documentation and deadlines, and supporting attorneys during case preparation, discovery processes, and trial preparation. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsExperience in legal document preparation, document review, and case managementStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasksFamiliarity with legal software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferredPrevious experience in litigation is an advantage
