Role : Sr Data Scientist with AIExperience : 10+ yearsJD :  Roles & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring.Develop, validate, and implement advanced machine learning models, statistical analyses, and predictive algorithms to solve complex business challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, business stakeholders) to identify opportunities, define requirements, and translate business problems into data science solutions.Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that inform model development and business strategy.Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features, models, and strategies.Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are followed.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science tools, infrastructure, and processes. Qualifications :Data Science and Statistics skillsData Analytics and Data Analysis capabilitiesData Visualization expertiseStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in machine learning and artificial intelligenceProficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQLAbility to communicate complex findings effectivelyBachelors Degree is must.
