Join us to drive excellence in facilities management while fostering a safety-first environment that promotes continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for management and supporting the Maintenance Manager in leading all maintenance activities for Injection Molding and Paint operations. This position ensures maximum equipment uptime, preventive maintenance execution, rapid response to equipment failures, workforce development, spare parts management, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Maintenance Manager & Assistant Manager in planning, organizing, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systemsSupervise and support maintenance technicians and workers by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidanceManage the planning, execution, and monitoring of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to improve equipment reliability. Analyze equipment failures and downtime trends, perform Root Cause Analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures and maximize equipment uptimeCoordinate maintenance schedules with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to minimize operational disruptionsManage spare parts inventory, maintenance tools, and equipment to ensure critical parts availability while maintaining cost efficiencyLead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, robot, and automation systemsTrain, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel to improve technical competency, productivity, and safety performancePerform all maintenance activities in accordance with OSHA requirements and company safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment using 5S principlesServe as the acting Maintenance Manager in the Manager's absence and perform other duties as assignedThis job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed. The employee will enter production or warehouse areas and must follow all applicable safety and personal protective equipment requirements.The position requires regular computer and telephone use, frequent communication with employees and managers, and the ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods throughout the workday.
