PROGRAM ANALYST

Position Description You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MOBILE & INTEGRATION THREAT DIVISION, THREAT/TARGET SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will be responsible for project planning including program management plans, progress reports, business and operations plans, proposals. You will manage technical and administrative tasks and project teams relating to contractor work, analyzing costs and benefits of contracting. You will be performing work in-house, providing technical, performance, risk mitigation, integration, validation, and information assurance compliance of systems and subsystems for DoD and Navy requirements.
