Job Summary Ontivity is seeking a New Graduate Engineer (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) to join our Professional Services Division. This entry-level role supports the analysis, design, drafting, proposal development, and site inspections for telecommunications infrastructure projects, including new tower builds, site development, and power design. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with engineering analysis and design for telecommunications towers, site civil improvements, and power systemsPrepare and update engineering drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD or similar toolsSupport site development plans including grading, foundations, access roads, and drainage elementsAssist with electrical and power design including grounding and power distributionParticipate in site walks and field inspections to verify construction complianceSupport proposal development including technical narratives and quantitiesCoordinate with project managers, senior engineers, clients, and field personnelMaintain organized project documentation Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical EngineeringInterest in telecommunications and infrastructure engineeringWorking knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to travel occasionally and work in field environments EEO Statement Ontivity provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability and genetics.
