As part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, we are committed to delivering superior solutions to our customers as well as providing rewarding career opportunities.PositionThe Upfit Technician is responsible for the consistent and quality upfit installations of truck accessories and service repairs on various truck bodies.ResponsibilitiesComplete consistent and quality installs of truck accessories. Including but not limited to lift gates, shelving units, toolboxes, body components and lighting systemsComplete custom service repairs on commercial vehicles and flatbedsservice repairs on truck bodiesDocument the cause and corrections for all repairsFabricating custom mounting bracketsRead and follow detailed work orders, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.Qualifications HS Diploma or GED requiredExperience in a service shop environment preferredExperienced with vehicle mechanics, including electrical systems, hydraulics and basic fabrication techniquesPTO experience a plus Benefits 401K with Company MatchHealth, Vision & Dental InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time Off (PTO) ProgramPaid HolidaysReimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Aebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
