Technical Lead - React

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Technical Lead to own the technical vision, delivery, and operational stability of our customer-facing web and mobile ordering platforms across the US and UK.You will lead a distributed onshore/offshore front-end team and work closely with Product, UX, Backend, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn front-end architecture, standards, and best practices across React, Gatsby, TypeScript, Ionic, and Prismic.Lead technical design and delivery of web and mobile ordering features and integrations.Drive performance, accessibility, security, scalability, observability, and technical debt reduction.Establish coding standards, reusable component libraries, automated testing, and CI/CD quality practices.Partner with Backend and DevOps teams across Node, GraphQL, AWS, ECS, CDK, and CI/CD.Provide technical leadership during releases, production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.Mentor and coach distributed front-end engineers and promote strong Agile engineering practices.Champion GenAI and automation to improve development productivity, quality, documentation, and engineering efficiency.
