Associate Director, Technology (AI / Azure / M365)A leading professional services organization is seeking an Associate Director of Technology to lead IT strategy, AI enablement, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity managed by us for our client.This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader with experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI strategy and implementation (Copilot, generative AI, automation)Define and execute enterprise IT and cloud strategy (Azure)Oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and SaaS platformsDrive data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance initiativesManage IT operations, vendor relationships, and a small internal teamLead system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation projectsProvide hands-on technical leadership when neededRequired Experience7+ years in IT leadership, technology strategy, or digital transformation3+ years managing teams and cross-functional initiativesExperience with Azure cloud architecture and Microsoft ecosystem (M365)Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, generative AI, automation)Strong background in SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, and data environmentsKnowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance frameworksWork EnvironmentHybrid (3 days in office preferred)Fast-paced, collaborative, growth-oriented team
