Based on-site in Jersey City, NJ, the Certified Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum that aligns with the Academy’s educational standards. Key tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching assigned courses, evaluating student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The Certified Instructor will also collaborate with other faculty members to enhance course content and ensure student success.QualificationsProven instructional skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and effective teaching techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support studentsStrong organizational and time management abilities to handle administrative tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in educational technology and tools to deliver innovative instructionExperience in collaborating with teams to improve academic programs and initiativesCertified Instructor qualifications (state or nationally recognized certification is required)Passion for education and student development, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environmentBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
