Official Job Title: Hardware EngineerMax Hourly Bill Rate?: $100Duration?: Quarterly, extendibleLocation? 100% onsite in SJ office SJC20 (Please only submit candidates who can be 100% onsite)How many rounds of Interview? : 2 rounds of interviewJob DescriptionBSEE or BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of related experience or MSEE with 6+ years of related experienceExperience with High Speed Network Interfaces (10G/25G/100G/400G)Experience with high-speed SERDES (>=25G) system design, signal integrity issues, and power distribution techniquesExperience with Network Switches and RoutersDemonstrated experience working with ODMs and overseas multi-functional teamsAbility to interface with other cross-functional teams, including CAD, FPGA, Power, Mechanical, Signal integrity and Manufacturing teamsHands on board design knowledge, familiar with design tools including Cadence Concept, and AllegroExperience with lab bring up and design validationExperience with board debug and Failure AnalysisExcellent verbal and written communications skills
