The Role We’re looking for a smart, detail‑oriented Execution Trader who can execute futures and options orders with accuracy and calm under pressure. You’ll be working closely with traders, PMs, and ops to ensure clean execution, proper account management, and smooth day‑to‑day operations. Strong communication in both Mandarin and English is essential. What You’ll Do Execute futures & options orders quickly and accurately Monitor markets in real time and adjust execution based on liquidity/volatility Manage trading accounts: balances, margins, positions, and order status Maintain clean logs, fills, blotters, and trade reports Flag unusual fills, rejections, or market issues immediately Communicate market conditions and execution impact to PMs Help improve execution workflows, routing logic, and internal tools Support traders and operations with daily tasks and data work Use Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tools to maintain clean records and reports What We’re Looking For Fluent in Mandarin and English Detail‑oriented and reliable, especially in fast markets Able to stay calm and focused under pressure Proficient with Excel, Office, and Google Workspace Strong communication and teamwork skills Willing to relocate to Chicago Basic understanding of futures and options Nice to Have Experience in financial services or trading operations Familiarity with execution, brokerage platforms, or order management Knowledge of order types, routing, and market microstructure Some exposure to FIX/API or execution tools Experience in Python Who Thrives Here People who are responsible and following instructions People who are proactive, curious, and fast learners People who thrive in small teams and fast feedback loops Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries: Agriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
