ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, test, and deliver automation (including LLMs/agents) to reduce manual work across AO workstreams and remediation tasks (e.g., security vulnerabilities, FARM findings)Own governance of application risk, controls, and compliance, partnering with Technology Risk & Controls and managing Technology Lifecycle ManagementPromote enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and reliability with validated standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing)Ensure security and data accountability through strong authentication, vulnerability hygiene, proper data handling, and compliant storage/retentionCoordinate across product and engineering at scale to prioritize and drive execution for AO workstreams, sharing knowledge and promoting pattern reuseOperate resilient production services end-to-end with monitoring, incident/change management, and site reliability practices, and drive data-driven improvements to service levelsLead adoption of AI-assisted development tools with clear expectations for output validation and secure data handlingFoster cross-team collaboration and coach developers, aligning execution across large communities to achieve business objectives
