This position requires an active TS/SCI with CI Poly. The primary duties are to develop, test, and deploy web solutions using custom scripts, web parts and other advanced tool applications. We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual with a background in information technology. Applicant needs to have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform administration and design of government webpages and knowledge repositories across multiple classified and unclassified domainsManage site permissions, groups, user attributes, and pages/portalsDevelop and implement on-premises content management workflows, including task management, product review and approval, and posting activityPerform spot-checks and quality assurance of posted contentParticipate in website and portal design projects to maximize discoverability, readership, and access, within established government policiesResearch and implement modern web technologies to create innovative user interfaces and improve workflow efficiencyCreate visual concepts by using JavaScript and other browser-based technologies such as, Asynchronous JavaScript and Extensible Markup (AJAX), jQuery, and BootstrapDemonstrate visual expertise including gathering raw data from various sources and developing comprehensive and visually engaging designsConsult with customer to define the strategy needed to expand and enhance the website in both scope of content and technical features QualificationsActive TS/SCI w/ CI polyBachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experienceBachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or another applicable field with 14 years of experience. Relevant years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degreeClient-side development experience using JavaScript frameworks/libraries and other relevant front-end web technologiesExperience using SharePoint Designer to develop workflows and data view web parts Experienced in enforcing site standards, including security policies, to ensure the governance policies and processes are maintained Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively with personnel from multiple functions and at all levels of the customer organization to deliver results; strong networking, interpersonal, customer service skills, team building and problem-solving skills with an ability to be effective in a government/contractor team environmentSAIC is a premier technology integrator providing full life cycle services and solutions in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets.
