LAMdeck, Inc. is a growing marine customization company specializing in complete boat retrofits, rewires, and high-end installations throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented technician with experience in 12-volt marine electronics and audio who is eager to grow with our company. Responsibilities: ● Install marine electronics and navigation systems ● Install custom stereo and JL Audio systems ● Wire and install batteries, chargers, and electrical components ● Install lighting systems, pumps, Power-Poles, and trolling motors ● Fabricate and install custom laser-engraved dash and switch panels ● Perform complete boat rewires and custom rigging projects ● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications: ● Experience with 12V marine electrical systems preferred ● Basic understanding of electrical theory and troubleshooting ● Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship ● Positive attitude and strong work ethic ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Willingness to learn and grow within the company What We Offer: ● Hands-on training and opportunities for advancement ● A positive, team-oriented work environment ● Competitive pay based on experience ● Significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding company ● The opportunity to work on exciting custom marine projects every day If you’re passionate about boats, electronics, and craftsmanship and want to build a long-term career with a company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you.
