CBH Events Leader

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and excited to jump in wherever needed to help make things happen.What You'll DoEvent Leadership & CoordinationHelp plan, organize, and execute CBH events and experiencesLead weekly event huddles, meeting preparation, agendas, communications, and follow-up action itemsCoordinate event logistics, timelines, vendor communication, and tracking systemsManage event KPIs, attendance tracking, budgets, and feedback reportingSupport homeowner appreciation events, company celebrations, community partnerships, and special projectsProject & Operations ManagementMaintain organized project tracking systems and ensure deadlines are metManage swag, inventory tracking, sizing trackers, and swag store oversightAssist with homeowner gifts and internal team support projectsOversee office flyers, Storage organization and cleanliness, and operational detailsSupport onboarding and communication efforts for HATV artists and summer internsCommunication & Team SupportPrepare reports, materials, agendas, and communications for meetings and eventsRespond to requests and emails in a timely and professional mannerPartner closely with leadership and teammates across departmentsHelp maintain internal websites, resources, and training updatesLeadership & CultureAt CBH, culture matters. This role will make the move to our new home in 2027.
