We design and manufacture gear with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, functional design, and community.We’re relocating operations to Bellingham and are looking for an organized, hands-on Operations & Production Coordinator to help build the next phase of the company.This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the founder in a growing outdoor industry brand and play a major role in shaping production systems, workflow, and day-to-day operations.Position OverviewThe Operations & Production Coordinator will oversee and support daily production flow, inventory management, fulfillment, and operational organization.
