A company is looking for a Retirement Benefits Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client communications regarding annuity contracts
Analyze and resolve issues in annuity administration, including compliance and payment processing
Manage updates to the Comprehensive Pension Administration System and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven customer service experience
Strong expertise in the insurance industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous annuity experience preferred
Must be able to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection
