As the Senior Coordinator - Partnerships Operations, you'll be the operational engine behind USA Triathlon's commercial team, ensuring that every partnership is executed flawlessly and delivers real impact. In this role, you'll collaborate across marketing, events, and sales to bring partner activations to life-online, in-person, and across every touchpoint. You'll help design and refine the systems, processes, and insights that allow partnerships to scale efficiently while exceeding expectations. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves organization, thrives on solving problems, and wants to see the tangible results of their work.What You'll DoManage and track partnership deliverables to ensure obligations are fulfilled accurately and on timeSupport execution of activations across events, digital platforms, and programmatic initiativesCoordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality partner integrations across marketing, events, and communicationsCollaborate with marketing to align partnerships with campaigns, content calendars, and brand initiativesTrack and report on partner visibility, engagement, and fulfillment metricsSupport creation of partner recaps, annual reports, and renewal materialsMaintain accurate records of partnership assets, inventory, and activation resourcesServe as a central point of coordination across partnerships, marketing, events, and other internal teamsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance partner valueAssist with planning and execution of partnership elements at key events, including expos, branding, and hospitalityPotentially oversee interns or temporary staff, including onboarding and workflow managementWhat You BringStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExperience with CRM systems and/or project management tools (e.g., Slack, Salesforce)Proficiency in Microsoft Office; reporting or data visualization experience is a plusExceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to travel for events, including occasional nights and weekendsPositive, team-oriented attitude and a self-starter mindsetQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, sports management, or related field3-5 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, operations, or project managementWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule: In-office Wednesday and Thursday in Colorado Springs, CO; remote work optional on Mondays and Fridays10-15% travel requiredMust be available for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededEqual Opportunity EmployerUSA Triathlon is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
