Senior Executive, Client Services - US (Remote)
Responsibilities Act as a key representative of the company by attracting new and expanding existing client relationships.
Forge new client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, events, and networking, and track leads through the sales funnel.
Grow revenue and meet targets in all categories of recruitment services.
Partner with the recruitment and solutions teams to effectively implement recruitment campaigns.
Follow up on leads, prepare and organize sales collateral, and work through HubSpot.
Involvement in the proposal process and developing and pitching proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
Qualifications 5‑7 years of new business development experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or professional services.
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proficiency in SharePoint.
HubSpot experience is a plus.
High energy level, comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects at one time.
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail‑oriented.
Strong follow‑up skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Competitive history (sports background, proven top salesperson track record).
An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win.
