Forward Deployed Engineer
Location: New York, San Francisco, or Remote (US)
Compensation:
$150,000 - $300,000 + EquityWe're hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to help customers deploy and scale AI-powered software in production environments. You'll work directly with customers to understand their challenges, design technical solutions, build integrations, and drive successful deployments. This role combines software engineering, problem-solving, and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements
- Design and implement production-ready solutions
- Build integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party systems
- Deploy and support AI-powered workflows and applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience building and deploying production systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- PreferredEnterprise software experienceAI/LLM application experience
- Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
- Data platforms such as Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, or Databricks
- Customer-facing engineering experience
- Ideal Backgrounds
