This is a hands-on role for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of their cases while working within a supportive team environment.We are actively adding to our team and are ready to move forward with the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a family law caseload from intake through resolutionConduct client consultations and provide clear, practical legal guidanceDraft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreementsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiationsMaintain consistent communication with clients and case stakeholdersCollaborate with paralegals and staff to keep matters progressing efficientlyRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForLicensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar2+ years of family law experienceConfidence in courtroom appearances and client representationStrong communication, organization, and case management skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multiple matters effectivelyA professional, reliable attorney who takes ownership of their workOur Ideal Team MemberYou are a proactive and compassionate attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment.
