Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee IT operations across the U.S. and UK. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing technology initiatives, IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and a small internal IT team while partnering with an outsourced UK support organization. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience driving IT strategy, coordinating enterprise technology projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple business functions.The ideal candidate is a strategic IT leader who excels at managing people, vendors, and technology initiatives while ensuring reliable service delivery. They are comfortable balancing high-level planning with operational oversight and can effectively coordinate internal teams and external partners to support the organization's technology goalsRequired QualificationsProven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise applications in a leadership capacity.Experience overseeing IT budgets, software licensing, vendor management, and technology procurement.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, macOS, desktop operating systems, Salesforce, Dayforce, NetSuite, SharePoint, and SSO technologies.Experience leading IT teams and managing outsourced or managed service providers.Strong project management and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive technology initiatives.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.Experience supporting ERP implementations and ongoing ERP administration.Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
