The candidate must also be resourceful, adapting to challenges and finding effective solutions to ensure every job is done right.DutiesPrepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls and ceilingsApply paint using brushes and rollers to achieve smooth, even finishesRepair minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents, and cracks before paintingProtect surrounding areas with drop cloths, plastic, and tape to maintain a clean workspaceMaintain tools and ensure proper storage and cleanup after each jobWork alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and on scheduleFollow all safety guidelines when using ladders and working in occupied spacesQualificationsProven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settingsStrong knowledge of surface preparation and interior painting techniquesDemonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all workShows empathy, respect, and care when working in client environmentsAbility to work efficiently and respond quickly to project needsStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environmentsAttention to detail with a focus on clean lines and consistent finishesAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamGood physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periodsBasic knowledge of drywall repair and remodeling environments is a plusStrong understanding of workplace safety practicesCustomized Pre-Screening RequirementsValid Driver’s LicenseMinimum of 3 years of painting experienceMinimum of 2 years of remodeling experienceJoin a team that values reliability, precision, and quality workmanship.
