Childcare Program Specialist
Flex has an opening for a Childcare Program Specialist. This position is responsible for communication with families and school partners, managing staff schedules, attendance, and timesheets, and overseeing other administrative duties, including but not limited to the points below:
The Childcare Program Specialist will:
Respond to all emails within 24 hours and communicate updates or follow-ups needed to the Multi-Unit Childcare Director.
Process and submit staff time sheets.
Distribute curriculum and materials for before and aftercare programs weekly.
Provide quality program updates for families through developing and distributing newsletters.
Maintain and organize staff and student paperwork.
Oversee program-related planning, implementation for site activities, and supply orders.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Childcare Program Specialist Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel.
Customer service skills experience.
Very organized and able to multitask.
Exceptional written skills.
