YesComplete job description:Design and implement new UC solutions based on evolving business needsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve systemic issuesAnalyze infrastructure utilization and recommend scalable design improvementsProvide architectural guidance for both system and network componentsTroubleshoot and deploy voice applications including call center platforms and virtual agentsDeep understanding of voice protocols and applications such as SIP, RTP, SDP, and TLSStrong Linux expertise, including scripting and tools like grep, awk, tcpdump, vmstatExtensive experience with Web Services: REST and SOAPSolid problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesWorking knowledge of web protocols such as HTTPS, DNS, SAMLFamiliarity with LAN/WAN technologies: Ethernet, VLANs, RoutingProficient in using packet analyzers for diagnostics and troubleshooting
