Job DescriptionJob Title: PhysicianSpecialty: Internal medicine/ Family medicine/ Emergency medicineLocation: Lebanon OH 45036Pay rate: $110/hr.- $125/hr. or more (Negotiable)Shift: 08:00am-05:00pm (M-F)Hours/week: 24 Hours/weekSummary:Searching for a physician who is board-eligible or board-certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine and who is experienced in primary care to provide on-site services on a part-time basis (24-30 hours/week) to a male incarcerated population. On-call coverage is not required. Schedule is weekdays - no evenings, weekends, or holidays - and is flexible based on needs of facility. Assignment may last at least 6 months if selected physician is a good fit.Job description:Working collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing an electronic health record systemConducting exams and writing evaluations and reportsOrdering and interpreting diagnostic testingManaging medicationCompleting reclassifications and other reviews as indicatedMaking referrals for specialized care or treatmentPerforming duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standardsParticipating in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviewsEngaging in collaborative agreements, as neededCaseload: Up to 2.5 patients/hour
