Specific Responsibilities IncludeProcessing policy change requests from Account Executives as well as directly from customersProviding reports for processing new business and/or remarketing of accountsProviding Account Executives with quotes on existing or new accounts as neededProviding documentation to mortgage companies and lenders on behalf of clientsIssuing binders, insurance identification cards, evidence, and certificates of insurance as requested by Account ExecutivesAssisting Account Executives with preparing annual review proposals or summaries of insurancePlease apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:4 year college degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 2 years experience in a related positionNJ State Property & Casualty Insurance licenseExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environmentProven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with Applied/TAM or EPIC agency management systemKnowledge of multiple insurance carrier servicesThe expected salary range for this position is $27.47/hr - $30.00/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
