Joining our team means becoming a part of a dynamic and supportive workplace where your contributions make a significant impact.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Metairie, LA. The Associate Attorney will handle court appearances, prepare and draft motions, draft discovery and other legal pleadings, conduct depositions, perform legal research, negotiate settlements and handle disputes, prepare and monitor client reports, assist managing attorney, monitor and track federal and state regulations/compliance matters and independently manage high-volume litigation caseload. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team to support clients’ legal needs.QualificationsStrong commitment to professionalism Skilled in Research and Legal Analysis to support case strategiesProficiency in Negotiation and dispute resolutionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsActive membership in the Louisiana State Bar1-3 years of experience as a licensed attorney is preferred
