Responsibilities Knowledge of Server architecture, Firewall, Data power, Load Balancers. Strong knowledge of web strategy, design, development, and programming technologies. Knowledge of performance tools and optimization techniques. Delivery of assigned module/ components /phases of a project. People Management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback. Status reporting, guiding the development team, estimation, planning and execution with specific focus on requirement analysis and design. Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state. Technical problem solving skills. Good design skills and architectural skills in the technical area. Provides input to project-related decisions. Define/architect strategic and tactical plans. Data analysis of market information to assist in developing new strategies and optimizing current strategies. Data analysis will include web metrics, market research, and the development of ROI models. Participate in comp presentation meetings with client and lead designer. Participate in meetings to review deliverables with a focus on compliance with strategic objectives and goals as established in the review plan. Must be willing to travel and relocate for short periods of time as needed. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant industry experience; Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred. Salary $96,000/Year J-18808-Ljbffr
