Join us today!SHUTTLE DRIVERThe Shuttle Driver is responsible for daily shuttle transportation for the community. Shuttle Driver is also responsible for the calendar upkeep of shuttles needed for the community in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Community Manager.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesShuttle DriverRegular/Onsite attendance requiredResponsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations dailyResponsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle scheduleResponsible for communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community ManagerResponsible for daily logs as required by Community ManagerReport any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community ManagerUtilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community ManagerCustomer & Resident RelationsManage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognitionEnsure consistency in dealing with residents on all mattersEnforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegatesEducation/experienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
