Whether those opportunities are in the Light & Heavy Industrial, Aerospace and Manufacturing, Oil and Gas or Construction (skilled trades), Nexus is a one-stop staffing providerPOSITIONAs a full desk recruiter, you will have the opportunity and support both the Direct Hire and the Temp side of the house through recruiting and business development. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Source, qualify and assign top candidates to open positionsOn-board and manage high-volume temp employee baseBuild long-term, rewarding candidate and client relationshipsSource, interview, process e-documents and on-board new contractors.Coordinate maintenance of ATS, create employee profiles and assign them to open positions.On-site check-ins, facility tours and accident/incident investigationsExplore new lines of business within existing clients and new client acquisition opportunitiesReport daily sales & recruiting activities into CRMCold & warm callingExploratory emailsLinkedIn networkingAssumptive client visitsAttending industry networking eventsExploring new lines of business with existing clientsShowing appreciation to clients by hosting Client of the Month events, lunches, happy hours, etc.THE GOOD STUFFWe value our employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package including a base salary, commissions, generous PTO, retirement plan, medical/dental/vision, and cell phone and expense reimbursement. This position has a base plus uncapped commission.
