As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Everything we do is guided by our core values and purpose: To empower people.What You'll DoAs a DSP, you will provide hands‐on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence at home, in the community, and in the workplace.
