This is a fast paced, multi-faceted role with room for growth!What you'll do:Drive our business growth, help expand our fiber network to more homesAnswer inbound customer calls and/or place outbound calls; provide efficient and courteous customer service while offering all Sonic products and servicesPossess an energetic attitude and desire to grow the business through salesAct as a consultant and respond to customer telephone inquiries with the use of multiple sales support toolsBe an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted sales environment; effectively communicate information to a variety of non-technical and technical customersMaintain highest level of confidentiality and professionalismWork in a fast paced, high volume, changing environmentLearn and strive to gain new knowledge about product and service changesIdentify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfactionMust-haves:Exceptional phone etiquette, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functionsSuccessful candidates will be motivated to be a consistent performer dedicated to building their skills and contributing to team growthAbility to receive and implement ongoing feedback and coaching with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityDetail oriented with an ability to prioritize and multi-taskCustomer service experience preferredMust have basic computer familiarityMust maintain a positive attendance recordMust be able to work in our Santa Rosa OfficeBilingual in Spanish PreferredWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
