Qualifications proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist/COTA Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice occupational therapy One year experience in a pediatric setting preferred Experience in Home Health is a plus but not necessary Responsibilities Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Required documents for employment Therapist’s License CPR Card TB Test results Driver’s License Resume Contact information for two professional references Social Security Card Auto Insurance Professional Liability Insurance APPLY TODAY!!!
